Atlante Development Group was founded by a family of forward thinkers. We created the company after realizing that there was a critical need to provide affordable, safe, and comfortable living spaces for the working class in our community.
What We Do?
We specialize in finding creative ways to fund and develop workforce housing ventures that bring housing that is affordable to households such as public employees, teachers, police officers, firefighters, young professionals, trade and construction workers and retail salespersons who are important to their communities, but often cannot afford to live in the communities they serve.

Quinesha 'Nikki' Hawkins, MSRED
CEO & Founder
Nikki Hawkins is a local realtor and real estate developer. She is passionate about her community and her work! She founded Atlante Development Group after being personally affected by the lack of workforce housing on the Treasure Coast. A story that is all too familiar for the residents who work, but struggle to live in their community. Atlante Development Group is determined to change the status quo.
Wanda Hawkins
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer of Atlante Development Group, Wanda oversees all financial operations. After more than 20 years financial and management experience in the corporate world, Wanda brings her skills and experience of real-world operations for developing financial strategies, assessing risk, and modeling forward-looking strategy to progress the company forward in its goals and strategy.
